Research on Archiving and Utilization Management of Archives of New Campuses Construction in Colleges and Universities

高校新校区建设规模和投资金额大,建设周期长,参与新校区建设单位众多,在建设过程中形成大量的、种类繁杂的文件材料。本文对高校新校区建设档案管理存在的问题进行了深入分析,提出了如何做好新校区建设档案归档及利用管理的举措。

Large-scale and long-term construction of new campuses in colleges and universities with large amount of investment and many units involved causes a large number and complicated kinds of archival documents.The present study makes an in-depth analysis of the problems in the management of the construction archives of new campuses in colleges and universities and proposes some measures on how to do a good job in the archiving and utilization management of the construction archives of the new campuses.
