创新创业背景下高职信息类教师职业胜任力模型建构及应用研究

Construction and Application of Competency Model of Information Technology Teachers in Higher Vocational Education under the Background of Innovation and Entrepreneurship

随着"互联网+"和"大众创业,万众创新"的发展,企业对技能型应用人才的需求也有了更高的标准。作者以C职业院校信息技术类教师为研究对象,通过文献梳理、岗位分析、企业调研,围绕职业素养、知识技能、思维理念、与时俱进等胜任因子开展问卷调研和数据分析,筛选和提取胜任力要素核心指标,完成高职信息技术类教师胜任力模型建构,同时就胜任力模型在高职院校人力资源管理中的应用可能进行探讨。

With the development of"Internet+"and"mass entrepreneurship and innovation",enterprises have higher standards for the demand for skilled application talents.This paper takes the information technology teachers of in a vocational college as a sample,through literature combing,post analysis,enterprise research and other methods,mainly focusing on the teachers’professional quality,knowledge and skills,thinking ideas,advancing with the times and other competency factors to conduct questionnaire survey and data.analysis.After screening and extracting the core indicators of competency elements,the construction of competency model for information technology teachers in higher vocational schools is completed.Finally,the application possibility of the competency model in the human resources management of higher vocational colleges is discussed.
