高等职业教育呼唤“与学生同在”

Higher Vocational Education Calls on"Standing with Students"

"老师很卖力,学生很淡定"在一定程度上反映了当前职业教育"教与学"的矛盾现状,但是这是高等职业教育提高教育教学质量的头等大事。《乌合之众(大众心理研究)》一书提出的"威望"与"批判能力"关系理论,给我们提供了一个解决问题的方法与途径,帮助我们分析这些现象和问题出现的原因,最终找到解决这些问题的有效办法,即高等职业教育要"与学生同在"。目的是让学生具备学习的关键能力——"批判能力",从而达到让学生热爱专业、学习专业、钻研专业的目的。

The situation of"the teacher is working hard while students are stagnant"reflects to some extent the contradiction between"teaching and learning"in vocational education,but it is the top priority of higher vocational education to improve the quality of education and teaching.A theory of the relationship between"prestige"and"critical ability",put forward by the book of"the Crowd a Study of the Popular Mind"(created by Gustave Le Bon),provides us with a way to solve this problems,help us analyze the causes of these phenomena and problems,and finally put forward effective solutions to these problems.That is,higher vocational education should"stand with students".The goal is to enable students to have the key ability of learning--"critical ability",so as to achieve the purpose of making students love the major heartily and willing to learn assiduously.
