中西医结合研究生“三位一体”培养过程管理的探索

摘要 研究生培养过程管理是研究生教育质量保证体系中最为重要的内容,目前研究生培养的过程管理还比较薄弱。笔者以湖南中医药大学中西医结合"双一流"建设及一级学科博士点建设为契机,从二级学院、导师、研究生三个方位(简称三位)和研究生开题、中期考核、毕业答辩体系化(简称一体)来探索和实践研究生的培养过程管理,不断提高中西医结合专业研究生的培养质量。 The process management of postgraduate education is the most important content in the quality assurance system of postgraduate education.The author takes the opportunity of Hunan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine the construction of"double-first-class"and the construction of first-class doctoral programs in Chinese and western medicine,to explore and practice the training process management of postgraduates from the three aspects of secondary colleges,tutors and postgraduates(three for short),as well as the system of postgraduate’s opening questions,mid-term examination and graduation defense(one for short),improving the training quality of graduate students majoring in integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.
