Practice and Thinking on the Training of Rural Medical Talents

本文从培养农村医学人才的重要性出发,分析当前农村基层医学人才培养的现状,然后从强化对生源地的控制、建立订单医学生退出和补充机制、完善农村卫生人才培养体系以及优化农村订单医学生培养等方面提出新时期农村医学人才的培养策略,以期有效促进农村医疗水平的提升。

Starting from the importance of training rural medical talents,this paper analyzes the current situation of the training of medical talents at the grass-roots level in the rural areas.Then it puts forward the training strategy of rural medical talents in the new period,from the aspects of strengthening the control over the source of the students,establishing an order withdrawal mechanism for medical students,improving the rural health talent training system,and optimizing rural orders,so as to effectively promote the improvement of rural medical level.
