摘要
本文旨在探索如何在食品科学与工程专业教学中有效利用"创新人才培养模式"进行该专业学生创新技能的培养,具体阐述了"创新人才培养模式"的教学实践流程,并最终指出如何使创新人才培养在一定的结构框架下得以规范实施。
This paper aims to explore how to effectively use the innovative talent training model in the teaching of food science and engineering major to cultivate the innovative skills of students,specifically elaborate the teaching practice process of this training model,and finally point out how to standardize the implementation of innovative talent training model in a certain structural framework.
