探索人工智能背景下军校学员创新实践能力培养方法

Exploration on Methods of Cultivating Military School Students’ Innovative Ability under Artificial Intelligence Background

在人工智能技术快速发展的时代背景下,军校学员创新实践能力的培养面临更高的现实要求。如何将人工智能技术发展带来的教育模式变革与军校学员的军事创新思维和实践能力培养有机结合起来,成为一个重要的研究课题。笔者在分析当前军校学员创新实践能力培养所存在问题的基础上,对人工智能技术浪潮下新型军事人才创新实践培养的需求进行分析,进一步从优化教学内容设置、采用多元化培养方式和改进综合考评体系等方面,探索工智能背景下军校学员创新实践能力培养的新方法。

Under the rapid development of artificial intelligence technology,the cultivation of military students’ innovative ability is facing higher requirements.How to deal with the changing of the educational model brought by the development has become an important research topic.On the basis of analyzing the problems existing in the cultivation of innovative ability of military school students,the author analyzes the needs of innovative training and explores some new methods for cultivating military students’ innovative abilities under the background of artificial intelligence technology.
