高等农业院校经管类本科生科研能力立体化培养模式构建——以湖南农业大学经管类专业为例

Construction of Three-dimensional Training Model of Scientific Research Ability of Undergraduates in Economics and Management of Agricultural Universities:Taking Hunan Agricultural University as an Example

文章从本科生科研能力培养的研究现状和必要性出发,以湖南农业大学的培养体系为例进行分析并找出问题,从而构建出以培养科研能力为目标点,以经管类专业为主线,包含四大板块面,最终培养出具备六大能力的全方位立体型科研人才的"点—线—面—体"立体化培养模式。

Based on the current research situation and the necessity of undergraduates’research ability training,this article takes the training system Hunan Agricultural University as an example to analyze and identify problems,so as to build up a three-dimensional training model that with the goal of cultivating scientific research ability,focusing on economics and management majors,including the four sections,and finally cultivating research talents with six capabilities.
