高职工程管理类专业BIM应用课程体系改革

摘要 将BIM技术融入高职工程管理类专业人才培养方案中,探索建设工程全生命周期管理的实践应用能力与课程体系的深度融合,综合BIM应用的人才需求和工程管理专业培养目标,增设BIM教学环节,优化BIM教学模块和设计路径,深化教学模式及教学方式的改革和创新,构建BIM应用课程体系,体现"可视化"建筑模型,施工模拟建造过程及运行维护等方面的BIM技术应用,培养学生BIM技能+管理协同能力,推动建筑行业信息化人才培养。 This paper tries to incorporate BIM technology into the training program of engineering management professionals,explores the deep integration of the practical application ability of construction engineering life cycle management and the curriculum system,integrates the talent needs of BIM applications,the training objectives of engineering management majors,and adds BIM teaching links,optimizes BIM teaching modules and design paths,deepens the reform and innovation of teaching models and teaching methods,builds a BIM application curriculum system,highlights the"visual"building model,construction simulation construction process,and operation and maintenance of BIM technology applications,and train students BIM skills+management synergy,promotes the development of information technology talents in the construction industry.
