摘要
应用型本科轨道交通土建工程人才培养侧重于施工及运维,以职业能力分析为导向,探讨了城市轨道交通应用型人才课程体系的构建。研讨了应用型本科应如何在职业技术学院与研究型大学之间,适应自身培养目标及发展特色,构建全新的城市轨道交通人才培养课程体系。
The training of applied undergraduate talents on rail traffic engineering focuses on construction,operation and maintenance.Course system construction of the applied talents in urban rail transit is discussed based on the analysis of professional ability.To make it different from the course system of technical colleges and research universities,this paper discusses how to build a new course system for the training of urban rail transit talents to adapt to their own training objectives and development characteristics by applied undergraduate colleges.
