摘要 肾脏病学在内科学中是一个比较重要却较难掌握的学科,内容复杂,教学课时少,因而需要以特别的教学模式帮助学生更好地学习。问题为导向的教学方法(PBL)是以问题为基础,以学生为主体,以教师为导向的启发式教育;而以案例为基础的教学方法(CBL)重在加强和培养学生的创新能力和实践精神,突出临床教学的实践效果。文章从PBL与CBL优势和不足出发,探讨临床医学教学中应用PBL与CBL相结合的新的教学模式。 Nephrology is a relatively important but difficult to master discipline in internal medicine,with complex content and few teaching hours.Therefore,special teaching models are needed to help clinical medical students learn better.Problem-Based Learning methods are problem-based,student-centered,and teacher-oriented,while Case-Based learning methods focus on strengthening and cultivating students’innovative ability and practical spirit,and highlighting clinical teaching effect.This article will start from the advantages and disadvantages of PBL and CBL,and explore the new teaching model of combining PBL and CBL in clinical medical teaching in the new era.
