摘要 机组资源管理是一门面向飞行相关人员的课程,针对该课程实践性较强和课程培训需要重复开展的特点,以"驾驶舱领导艺术"这一章节为例,探析了BOPPPS模型在机组资源管理课程中的应用。 CRM is a course for flight-related personnel.In view of the strong practicality of the course and the characteristics of repetitive training,the application of BOPPPS model in the course of CRM is explored with the chapter of"Cockpit Leadership Art"as an example.
