摘要
美国教育家布鲁姆提出认知范畴的六个层次分类,在教学过程中可依据识记、领会、应用、分析、综合评价、创新课程设置,本文分析了布鲁姆教育目标分类法的基本内容,并将理论运用到园艺产品加工学的教学中,提出在布鲁姆分类法的理论指导下科学理解教学目标、拓展教学内容和改进教学方法,从而提高学生的学习效率,提升教学效果。
American educator Bloom proposes a six-level classification of cognitive categories.In the teaching process,based on remembering,understanding,applying,analysis,evaluation,and creation,this paper analyzes the basic content of Bloom’s taxonomy of educational objectives,and applies the theory to the teaching of horticultural product processing.It aims to help the teachers to understand the teaching objectives,expand the teaching content and improve the teaching method under the theory of Bloom’s taxonomy theory,in order to improve the learning efficiency of students and enhance the teaching effect.
