如今我国对工匠精神的重视度越来越高,各大高校以及职业院校也开始关注于工匠精神的培养,不断地改进教学理念,帮助学生树立工匠精神。以高职院校为例,针对工匠精神的构成进行分析,指出工匠精神树立的途径,探究工匠精神的培养之路。高职院校要加强对教师队伍的建设,不断地进行教学改革,将工匠精神的培育与专业教学有机结合,从而切实提高人才培养质量。

Today more and more people are paying attention to the craftsman spirit in China,major universities and vocational colleges have also begun to focus on the cultivation of the craftsman spirit,constantly improving teaching concepts and helping students to establish the spirit of craftsman.Higher vocational colleges should strengthen the construction of the teaching team,continuously carry out teaching reforms,organically combine the cultivation of craftsman spirit with professional teaching,and effectively improve the quality of personnel training.
