摘要
国内某轻汽油醚化装置采用LUMMUS公司催化蒸馏醚化技术,在检修期间,将反应器和醚化塔内进口催化剂全部国产化。工业应用表明,反应器应用醚化散堆国产剂时,与进口剂对比,其转化率基本一致,但国产剂初始温度较高;醚化塔应用国产CDM-系列开窗导流式催化模块后,与进口剂对比,该模块活性明显优于进口模块,同时能有效缩短开工时间,但催化剂选择性略差。
A domestic light gasoline etherification unit adopted the catalytic distillation etherification technology of LUMMUS Company. During the overhaul period, all the imported catalysts in the reactor and etherification tower were localized. The industrial application showed that the conversion rate of etherified bulk catalyst was basically the same as that of imported catalyst, but the initial temperature of domestic catalyst was higher;after the application of domestic CDM-series windowed conductive catalytic modules, the activity of this module was obviously better than that of imported ones, and the commencement time can be shortened effectively, but the catalyst selectivity was slightly worse.
