摘要
阐述了裂解汽油加氢装置节能改造的技术方案。通过改变原料进料方式、分馏系统塔盘升级、优化反应系统进出料换热流程、反应器出口氢气冷热高分技术,降低了装置能耗。
This paper introduced the scheme of energy-saving and transformation of the cracking gasoline hydrogenation unit. Energy consumption of the unit is indeed reduced through changing the feed mode of raw materials, upgrading the tray of the fractionation system, optimizing the heat exchange process of the feed in and feed out of the reaction system, and the technology of hightemperature and cold hydrogen at the outlet of the reactor.
