摘要
某炼油厂石蜡成型装置高位罐的作用是为石蜡成型装置储存和提供原料,高位罐内蜡油需要通过石蜡加氢罐区泵P-301A/B间断性输送。由于操作不连续,为保证管线畅通,每次输送油品前后均需要用蒸汽对管线进行扫线,造成能耗高、高位罐带水量大、储罐占用率高、员工劳动强度大等问题。文中通过对装置流程调研和分析,将间断性供料改为连续供料,降低了员工劳动强度,节约了能耗成本,提高了储罐利用率。
The function of the high tank of the paraffin molding plant in a refinery was to store and provide feedstock for the paraffin molding plant. The wax oil in the high tank needed to be intermittently transported through P-301 A/B pumps in the paraffin hydrogenation tank area. Due to the discontinuity of operation, in order to ensure the pipeline smooth, it was necessary to purge the pipeline with steam before and after transporting oil products, which resulted in high plant energy consumption, large amount of water in the high tank, high occupancy rate of storage tanks, and large labor intensity of employees. This paper investigated and analyzed the plant existing process, changed the original intermittent stock feeding to continuous feeding, that greatly reduced the labor intensity of employees, saved energy consumption, and improved the utilization rate of the storage tank.
