摘要
石油横酸盐生产过程中,由于过磺化反应的存在,结焦物产生不可避免。对产品质量、生产设备及环境造成严重影响。为解决该问题,文中采用红外光谱分析了磺酸盐结焦物的组成和形成机理。并针对磺化器管束结焦物应用了专用清洗液及在线清洗工艺,有效解决了石油磺酸盐生产过程中结焦物处理难题。
The coking substanceswere inevitable because of the over-sulfonationduring the production of petroleum sulfonate which brought serious impact on product quality, production equipment and environment. To solve this problem, this paper analyzedthe composition and mechanism of sulfonate coking substances by infrared spectroscopy and appliedthe special cleaning fluid and online cleaning technology to the coking substances of sulfonator tube bundle, which effectively solved the coking substance processing problem in the process of petroleum sulfonate production.
