辛烷值试验机爆震表指针漂移问题的处理

摘要 某ASTM-CFR辛烷值试验机已使用多年,出现了爆震表指针漂移的问题,导致测定结果准确度差,满足不了生产的要求。文中分析影响测定结果准确度的因素,确定了通过整体维护和局部改进,可以解决该问题,保证辛烷值测定结果的准确度,满足生产的要求。 An ASTM-CFR octane number test engine, which had been used for many years, occured the problem of the pointer drifting of detonation meter and resulted in poor accuracy of the deermination results, could not meet the production requirements.This paper analyzed the factors that affect the accuracy of the deermination results, solved the problem of the pointer drifting of detonation meter by overall maintenance and local improvement, guaranteed the accuracy of the octane number determination results and met the production requirements.
