摘要
催化裂化装置的高温取热炉处于高温、高压、催化剂冲蚀等恶劣环境,易发生炉管泄或漏爆管事故,影响装置的长周期运行。文中阐述了大港石化公司1400 kt/a催化裂化装置高温取热炉的技术改造方案,通过增加前置炉、炉管表面涂抹高温纳米陶瓷材料等措施,降低了1^#、2^#炉的负荷,提高了烟气能量的回收效率。
The high temperature heat extraction furnace of FCCU is in the bad environment of high temperature, high pressure,catalyst erosion, etc.Which is easy to cause the accident of tube leakage or tube leakage, Which affects the long-term operation of the unit.This paper describes the technical transformation scheme of high temperature heat exchanger of 1 400 kt/a catalytic cracking unit in Dagang Petrochemical Company. By increasing the front furnace and coating high temperature nano ceramic materials on the surface of furnace tube, the load of 1^#,2^# furnace is reduced and the recovery efficiency energy is improved.
