乙烯装置蒸汽系统节能降耗技术

Energy saving and consumption reduction technology for steam system in ethylene plant

摘要 文中结合某乙烯装置蒸汽能耗偏高现状,与其它类似装置的蒸汽能耗进行对比,找出了该装置蒸汽能耗偏高的主要原因是乙烯收率低且重质炉产汽率偏低。同时外补蒸汽量不足导致机组抽汽量降低、稀释蒸汽发生器效率下降、蒸汽泄漏等也导致装置蒸汽能耗升高。通过采取相应的改进措施,增加蒸汽产量、降低装置的蒸汽消耗。 Combined with the high steam energy consumption status and comparing with the similar ethylene plant, this paper expounded that the main reason to lead the high energy consumption was the low ethylene yield coefficient and low steam producing rate of heavy furnace. Meanwhile, the lack of external steam supplement which lead to the reduction of steam extraction, the decrease of dilution steam generator efficiency, and the steam leakage was also the reason to lead the increase of steam energy consumption. The corresponding improvement measures ware taken to increase the steam production and reduce the steam consumption.
