摘要
针对材料性能参数受应力影响时,利用现有无应力状态下反射/透射系数求解方法,计算结果存在稳定性差和误差大等问题。基于声弹性理论,提出应力条件下反射/透射系数理论计算方法,应用于铝板的反射系数求解,结果与文献计算结果相吻合,表明方法正确、结果可靠。针对应力状态下各向同性单层板的反射/透射系数谱数值计算,基于相关系数分析不同应力对反射/透射系数的影响,研究结果表明,随着应力的增大,反射系数频谱和透射系数角度谱的相关系数幅值均逐渐减小,且与应力大小呈明显线性关系。研究成果为利用超声反射/透射系数表征材料应力状态提供了理论依据。
Whenthe current theories of reflection/transmission coefficients without stress are used,the elastic properties of material can be affected by stress,which may cause unstable result and large errors.The reflection/transmission coefficient of prestressed material is carried out based on acoustoelasticity.The reflection of aluminum plate is calculated and compared with the results of literature,so that verify the accuracy of the proposed method.The reflection/transmission coefficient of the isotropic plate is calculated.The influence of different stresses on the reflection/transmission coefficient is analyzed based on correlation coefficient.The results show that as the stress increases,the amplitude of reflection coefficient spectrum is reduced and has a linear relationship with the stress.This provides a basis for characterizing stress using reflection/transmission coefficients.
