矿井主通风机安全隐患预警智能决策系统研发 被引量:1

摘要 煤矿主通风机在实时运行时一般只能进行通风机参数监控和超限阈值报警,缺乏安全隐患事件判断及预警方法及智能决策系统支持。为构建矿井主通风机安全隐患预警智能决策系统,对主通风机故障事件发生原因及判断依据进行了归类分析,建立了安全隐患故障树模型,并对实时运行数据和故障发生前隐患征兆进行数据挖掘分析,建立了安全隐患预警及处理对策方法。在此基础上,采用智能决策支持建立了基于Web的总体信息框架,设计开发了基于任务流调用机制的集成框架、运行界面、功能模型及信息库系统,并在南梁煤矿进行了智能决策支持系统的安装、测试和应用。研发结果为主通风机安全运行智能化、信息化管理提供了技术支持。 In the real time operation,the mine main ventilator can only carry out fan parameter monitoring and overshoot threshold alarm,lack of hidden trouble judgment and early warning method and intelligent decision support system.In order to build the intelligent decision system of hidden danger warning of mine main ventilator,the causes and its judgment basis of main ventilator failure events are analyzed,the fault tree model of safety hazard is established,the real-time operation data and the symptoms of hidden dangers before the failure are analyzed,and the safety hazard early warning and treatment method is established.Using intelligent decision support,the overall information framework based on Web is established,the integration framework,operation interface,function model and information base system based on task flow call mechanism are designed and developed,and the intelligent decision support system is installed,tested and applied in Nanliang coal mine.The research and development results provide technical support for intelligent information management of safe operation of main fan.
