摘要
华亭煤矿受地质条件和开采条件等众多因素的影响,近年来多次发生冲击地压灾害事故。为了对冲击地压发生规律进行专题探究,进而寻求监测预警的解决对策,开展了矿山微震分析软件在冲击地压监测预警中的应用。结合防治经验,建立了以微震监测为主,声发射监测、钻屑检测为辅的监测预警体系,论述了“MapRAS 3.0分析预测系统”中筛选优化出来的震动频次、震动能量、活动率偏差指数、岩体破裂速率指数、顶底板损伤深度指数的含义及其分析方法。并以250107-1工作面回风顺槽发生冲击地压显现为例,结合250106-1掘进工作面微震监测数据,开展了具体的案例分析应用,最后总结了监测指标的应用方法和注意事项。实践结果表明,该方法可以在冲击地压监测预警中提供科学、可靠的指导依据,确保冲击地压预警发布的准确性。
Influenced by many factors such as geological conditions and mining conditions,Huating coal mine has experienced many accidents of rock burst in recent years.In order to research the occurrence law and the monitoring and early warning mode of rock burst,the application of mine microseismic analysis software in the monitoring and early warning of rock burst is carried out.Combined with the experience of rock burst prevention and control,the monitoring and early warning system is established,which is mainly based on microseismic monitoring,supplemented by acoustic emission monitoring and drilling cuttings detection.The meaning and analysis method of vibration frequency,vibration energy,activity rate deviation index,rock fracture rate index,and roof and floor damage depth index selected and optimized by“MapRAS 3.0 analysis and prediction system”are discussed.Taking the rock burst accident in the return roadway of the No.250107-1 working face as an example,combined with the microseismic monitoring data of the No.250106-1 driving face,the specific case analysis is carried out,and the application methods and precautions of the monitoring indicators are summarized.The results show that the method can provide scientific and reliable basis in the monitoring and early warning of rock burst,and ensure the accuracy of the early warning of rock burst.
