大柳塔煤矿采空区预防自然发火技术应用

摘要 采空区自然发火是引起矿井火灾的主要原因,严重阻碍着高产高效矿井的建设。针对12下208工作面1-2煤复合区上分层采空区煤层自燃倾向性为Ⅰ类容易自燃,大柳塔煤矿活鸡兔井开展了多项采空区预防自然发火技术应用。重点论述了工作面风量分配及控制、巷道掘进及遗煤留设、钻孔及喷浆、注膏体、注氮等预防性措施,并制定了采空区气体监测监控、地表巡查与回填等方案。分析认为,不断完善和提高防治技术水平,研发和创造新的技术手段,才能够有效预防采空区自然发火。 Spontaneous combustion in goaf is the main cause of mine fire,which seriously hinders the construction of high yield and high efficiency mines.Because the upper layer of the 1-2 coal compound area is the easy spontaneous combustion coal seam,many prevention and control technologies for goaf spontaneous combustion are adopted in Huojitu mine of Daliuta coal mine,such as air distribution and control of working face,roadway excavation and residual coal control,drilling and shotcreting,paste injection,nitrogen injection and other preventive measures,and the goaf gas monitoring,surface patrol and backfilling schemes are formulated.The analysis shows that only by continuously improving the technical level and creating the technical means can we effectively prevent the spontaneous combustion in the goaf.
