OA系统在煤炭企业中的应用实践

摘要 办公自动化系统(OA系统)是将计算机、网络、通讯等技术与现代化办公思想相结合的一种办公平台。为规范公司的生产经营管理和日常办公管理,真正实现办公自动化、标准化、规范化,推行OA系统成为煤炭企业在信息时代的必然选择。以OA系统在中煤科工集团西安研究院的建设与实施为例,通过前期调研、制作实施、测试上线、运维管理介绍了OA系统在企业中的建设过程;阐述了OA系统上线后带来的优势和办公体验的改善提升,并分别针对建设和上线后存在的业务流程不明确、部分上线流程设计不合理等问题提出了相应建议。 The office automation system(OA system)is an office platform combining computer,network,communication and other technologies with modern office ideas.In order to standardize the company’s production and operation management and daily office management,and truly realize office automation and standardization,the implementation of OA system has become an inevitable choice for coal enterprises in the information age.Taking the construction and implementation of OA system in Xi’an Research Institute of China Coal Technology&Engineering Group Corp as an example,the paper introduces the construction process of OA system in the enterprise from preliminary research,production and implementation,test and online,operation and maintenance management,expounds the advantages brought by OA system and the improvement of office experience,and puts forward corresponding suggestions for the problems of unclear business process and unreasonable design of some online processes during the construction and operation.
