摘要 创新是引领发展的第一动力,现阶段企业的竞争逐步转为科学技术的竞争,科技成果对企业的发展起到了决定性的作用,科技成果转化加速科技进步尤为重要。对于煤矿这种生产过程复杂、生产任务重、采掘工作面广的企业,可提高、升级的项目较多。通过对科技创新体系建设、重大科研项目攻关、科研项目管理、科技成果管理、知识产权保护及科技人才培养5个方面研究科技创新制度建设、科研项目管理方式、知识产权申请保护措施、人才激励等管理措施,以及对科技创新的前期管理、过程跟踪、成果整理、经验总结、提升改进、报奖推广等过程管理,系统论述了科技创新推动煤矿企业发展的实施路径。 Innovation is the first driving force to lead the development.At present,the competition of enterprises gradually turns into the competition of science and technology.Scientific and technological achievements play a decisive role in the development of enterprises,and it is particularly important to accelerate the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.For the coal mine enterprises with complex production process,heavy production tasks and many mining working faces,there are many projects that can be improved and upgraded.From five aspects of scientific and technological innovation system construction,major scientific research project research,scientific and technological project management,scientific and technological achievements management,intellectual property protection,and scientific and technological personnel training,the management measures of scientific and technological innovation system construction,scientific and technological project management mode,intellectual property protection and personnel stimulation are proposed,the process management of scientific and technological innovation,such as early management,process tracking,results sorting,experience summary,improvement and award promotion is discussed,and the implementation path of scientific and technological innovation to promote the development of coal mine enterprises is put forward.
