摘要
乡村旅游作为实施乡村振兴战略的重要途径和农村地区产业结构调整的重要举措,其发展过程中面临着严峻的人才供给问题。对此,综合理论研究、相关政策和实践经验,基于产教融合的角度,面向高校学生、从业人员和社区居民,提出了“政企协同、政校联动、校企合作”的乡村旅游人才培养创新模式。该模式围绕乡村旅游发展,厘清了乡村旅游人才供给的关键三大群体及其相互间的协同导向,梳理了政、企、校三方针对各群体的主次培养内容。
As an important way to implement the strategy of rural revitalization and an important measure for industrial structure adjustment in rural areas,rural tourism is faced with a severe supply of talents during its development.In view of this,according to comprehensive theoretical research,relevant policies and practical experience,and from the perspective of the integration of industry and education,for college students,practitioners and community residents,this paper proposes an innovative model of"government-enterprise collaboration,government-school linkage,school-enterprise cooperation"for training rural tourism professionals.This model focuses on the development of rural tourism,clarifies the three key groups of rural tourism talent supply and their mutual collaborative orientation,and sorts out the primary and secondary training content for each group.
