在“双一流”建设背景下,在地方高校改革发展过程中,师资队伍建设有着举足轻重的作用,如何最大限度地发挥人才正向积极作用,也是地方高校发展探索工作之一。在师资竞争激烈、人才流动日益频繁的大环境下,随着青年教师队伍的壮大,需要强化青年教师党员培养工作,从而达到优化优秀青年教师队伍的目的。文章从五个方面提出促进地方高校青年教师党员发展的对策研究。
