Enhancing the competence of dance teachers is not only an inevitable choice to improve the quality and efficiency of dance teaching,but also an important choice to promote the development of the domestic dance industry.Teacher competence has become a key factor affecting the effectiveness of classroom teaching,and it is also the main reference for students to evaluate teachers'teaching behavior.In order to improve the competence of dance teachers and the quality of dance teaching,the paper starts from the concept of teacher competence,and comprehensively,and deeply analyzes the status quo of the competence of dance teachers.And on this basis,it explores the measures to enhance the competence of dance teachers,and finally gives some suggestions.
