浅析舞蹈教师胜任力现状及提升举措

摘要 提升舞蹈教师胜任力不仅是提高舞蹈教学质量和效率的必然选择,同时也是推动国内舞蹈行业发展的重要选择。教师胜任力已经成为影响课堂教学有效性的关键因素,也是学生评价教师教学行为的主要参考内容。为促进舞蹈教师胜任力及舞蹈教学质量的提升,课题从教师胜任力概念解析入手,对舞蹈教师胜任力现状进行了全方位、深层次地剖析,并在此基础上全面而深入地探究了提升舞蹈教师胜任力的举措,给出了具有代表性的建议。 Enhancing the competence of dance teachers is not only an inevitable choice to improve the quality and efficiency of dance teaching,but also an important choice to promote the development of the domestic dance industry.Teacher competence has become a key factor affecting the effectiveness of classroom teaching,and it is also the main reference for students to evaluate teachers'teaching behavior.In order to improve the competence of dance teachers and the quality of dance teaching,the paper starts from the concept of teacher competence,and comprehensively,and deeply analyzes the status quo of the competence of dance teachers.And on this basis,it explores the measures to enhance the competence of dance teachers,and finally gives some suggestions.
