高校课程思政工作的“同心圆”共建策略研究

习近平总书记曾强调:发展是第一要务,人才是第一资源,创新是第一动力。发展靠创新,创新靠人才,如何在碎片化时代完善“育人机制”成为目前高校、社会、家庭共同关注的重要问题。“育人机制”的基本思路及运行方式应基于时代特征、育人目标,考虑其时代性、内容性、沟通性、保障性等方面如何协同,在实践中通过推动内容建设、团队建设、技术建设、制度建设的融合发展,解决对“微资源联动育人”的控制研究、内容分析、媒介研究、受众研究和效果研究五个方面的具体问题。

General Secretary Xi Jinping has stressed that development is the first priority,talents are the first resource and innovation is the first motive force.Development depends on innovation,innovation depends on talents,and how to perfect the"education mechanism"in the era of fragmentation has become an important issue of common concern to universities,society and families.The basic train of thought and the operation mode of the"education mechanism"should be based on the characteristics of the times and the goal of education,considering how to coordinate its timeliness,content,communication and guarantee,etc.,and in practice,by promoting the integrated development of content construction,team construction,technology construction and system construction,to solve the five specific issues of"micro-resources co-education":control research,content analysis,media research,audience research and effect research.
