新工科背景下大学生创新创业能力培养机制与路径探索——以枣庄学院食品科学与制药工程学院为例

Cultivation Mechanism and Path of College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability against the Background of Emerging Engineering Education:A Case Study on College of Food Science and Pharmaceutical Engineering of Zaozhuang University

培养大学生创新创业能力是高校服务于建设创新型国家战略的重要举措。该文基于新工科背景下以地方应用型高校为例,论述了构建大学生创新创业能力培养的有效机制,包括学校的相关激励政策、学校和学院层面的服务平台及创新创业训练平台等,提出了培养大学生创新创业能力的7种培养路径、7项综合能力和7种成果体现。

Cultivating college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability is an important measure for colleges and universities to serve the strategy of building an innovation-oriented country.Against the background of Emerging Engineering Education,this paper discusses the construction of an effective mechanism for cultivating college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability with a local applied university as an example.This mechanism includes school's relevant incentive policies,service platforms and innovation and entrepreneurship training platforms at school and college levels,etc.In addition,this study puts forward seven effective ways,seven abilities,and seven achievements to cultivate applied college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability against the background of Emerging Engineering Education.
