研究生联合培养的几点思考——以广西师范大学生命科学学院与外单位联合培养研究生为例

Some Thoughts on Joint Training of Postgraduates:A Case Study on College of Life Sciences of Guangxi Normal University and its Cooperative Institutions

新时代背景下,建立研究生联合培养基地,探索高效的研究生联合培养范式并进行推广示范,对研究生培养模式改革和提升人才培养质量,具有重要的意义。该文充分剖析了研究生联合培养由“送培”到“联培”再到“合作共赢”的过程。提出了研究生联合培养关键在于“人的合作”,核心在于“合作共赢”的联合培养理念。以此推动校所研究生联合培养可操作、可复制、可推广的新范式。

Against the background of the new era,it is of great significance to establish a joint training base for postgraduates and to explore an efficient joint training paradigm and promote it in terms of reforming postgraduate training model and improving talent training quality.According to the analysis of this paper,joint training of postgraduates has developed from"transferring training"to"joint training",and then to"win-win cooperation".The research puts forward the idea that the key to joint training of postgraduates is"human cooperation",and the core is"win-win cooperation".In this way,it develops a new joint training paradigm that can be operated,replicated,and popularized.
