医学教育教师评学体系的问题分析和对策

教师评学体系是教学质量监控的重要组成部分,是教学质量管理中的重要环节。其主要目的就是发现问题、解决问题,改进教学方法,提高教师教学水平,帮助学生发现自身在学习中存在的问题,提高学生的学习质量和学习效果,以及促进师生情感交流。与综合性大学中其他专业相比,医学教育具有其自身的专业特点,建立具有医学背景的教学质量监控体系至关重要。文章分析医学教育教师评学体系的现状及存在的问题,并对健全医学教育教师评学体系提出相应的对策及建议。

Teachers'evaluation of learning is an important part of teaching quality control and a critical link in teaching quality management.Its main purpose is to find problems,solve problems,improve teaching methods,improve teachers'teaching level,help students find their own problems in learning,improve their learning quality,learning status and learning effect,and promote teacher-student emotional communication.Compared with other specialties in comprehensive universities,medical education specialty has its own professional characteristics.Therefore,it is very important to establish a quality monitoring system with medical background.This paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of teachers'evaluation of learning in medical education specialty,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions to improve this system.
