摘要
时代的进步和教育的改革,向每一位教师提出了严峻的挑战。教师终身学习,不仅是时代的呼唤和教育发展的要求,也是教师自我提升的需要。“严谨笃学,与时俱进,活到老,学到老”是新世纪教师应有的终身学习观。在一线教学的教师们要迅速适应新的发展形势,不仅要提高自身的专业素质,还要改变教学手段,更加重视对学生问题的反馈,注重提高学生接受知识的能力。PCK理论的提出给一线教师指明了教学改革的方向。文章以“机械能守恒条件”教学为例,阐述了教师如何构建自己的PCK,讨论了物理教学中PCK几个要素的意义。
With the progress of the times and reforms of education,the current situation brings severe challenges to every teacher.Teachers'lifelong learning is not only the call of the times and the requirement of educational development,but also the need of their self-improvement."Learn rigorously,keep pace with the times,and live and learn"is the lifelong learning view that teachers in the new century should hold.Front-line teachers are supposed to adapt to the new development situation quickly,improving their professional quality,changing their teaching methods,attaching greater importance to the feedback of students'problems,and improving students'ability to acquire knowledge.The theory of PCK points out the direction of teaching reforms for front-line teachers.Taking"Mechanical Energy Conservation Conditions"as an example,this paper expounds how teachers build their own PCK.At the same time,it discusses the significance of several elements in physics teaching.
