高职院校翻转课堂困境及对策研究

Research on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of Flipped Classroom in Higher Vocational Colleges

翻转课堂这一新兴教学方法在高职教学中的广泛应用,是一场教学模式与方法的改革,对于激发学生的学习热情、提高教学效果起到了明显的作用。但是随着翻转课堂的广泛应用也出现了一系列的问题,该文从教师、学生、学校三个层面提出了目前这种困境的表现以及对策,期望能对解决目前所面临的困境有所帮助。

The wide application of the new teaching method of flipped classroom in higher vocational teaching is a reform of teaching model and teaching method,which plays an obvious role in stimulating students'enthusiasm for learning and improving the teaching effect.However,with the widespread application of flipped classroom,a series of problems have also emerged.This paper puts forward the manifestations of the current dilemma and countermeasures from the three levels of teachers,students and schools,hoping to help solve the current dilemma.
