以PBL为导向的高职文秘专业人才培养方式探析——以“大学生秘书技能竞赛”为例

Analysis of PBL-oriented Cultivation Model of Secretarial Talents in Higher Vocational Education:Taking the Secretarial Skill Competition for College Students as an Example

以高职文秘学生培养与PBL教学法有机结合为重点,从文秘专业教学实践特点出发,论述文秘专业教学采取PBL教学法的必要性,并以开展“大学生秘书技能竞赛”为抓手,探讨PBL教学法与文秘实务的结合方式及其效果,得出PBL教学法可以有效激发学生的学习动机,强化学生的文秘核心能力,为文秘专业学生培养提供了有效路径。

Focusing on the organic combination of secretarial student training and PBL teaching method in higher vocational education,this paper discusses the necessity of adopting PBL teaching method for secretarial teaching from the characteristics of secretarial teaching practice.By carrying out"secretarial skill competition for college students",it probes into the combination model and effect of PBL teaching method and secretarial practice.It is concluded that PBL teaching method can effectively stimulate students'learning motivation and strengthen students'core ability of secretarial practice,and provide an effective path for the talent training of secretary major.
