随着社会和时代的发展,当前我国的教育体系越来越完善。中职教育是我国教育体系中非常重要的一部分。管育并重是中职院校广泛使用的一种现代化教育模式,而如何将管育并重运用到中职班主任的日常管理工作中,也成为当前值得思考的问题。中职院校班主任在教育中结合管理,针对学生的个性,因材施教,转变管理理念,加强对于德育的重视和提升。

With the development of society and the times,our country's education system is becoming more and more perfect.Secondary vocational education is a very important part of our education system.Emphasizing both management and education is a modern education model widely used in secondary vocational colleges,and how to effectively apply it to the daily management of head teachers in secondary vocational colleges has become a problem worthy of consideration.The head teachers of secondary vocational colleges should combine management in education to develop students'personality,teach students in accordance with their aptitude,constantly change management concepts,and strengthen the importance and promotion of moral education.
