摘要
设计一种自动外圆精密加工的珩磨头,通过控制工件自动回转、油石往复运动实现对阀芯外圆自动珩磨.通过仿真建模,分析匀速运动和换向阶段两种工况条件下珩磨头应力及变形分布,并找出珩磨头内刚度变形较大从而影响珩磨加工质量的因素,以及两种工况条件对珩磨头静态分析和加工精度的影响,旨在为珩磨头优化设计提供可靠依据.
A kind of honing head for automatic outer circle precision machining was designed. The outer circle of the valve core was honed automatically by controlling the automatic rotation of the workpiece and the reciprocating motion of the oilstone. By using simulation modeling, the stress and deformation distribution of honing head under two working conditions both uniform motion and reversing stage were analyzed to find out the factors affecting honing quality due to large internal stiffness deformation of honing head, and the influence of two working conditions on static analysis and machining accuracy of honing head were found out, so as to provide reliable basis for honing head optimization design.
