摘要 随着现代信息技术的发展与融合,高职教育传统的教学模式很难提高新兴专业的人才培养质量,通过分析数字媒体技术专业现状,从专业核心内容教学模块化、实践教学过程平台化、职业岗位需求的校内外实习实训基地建设、师资队伍和制度保障几个方面探究符合数字创意产业相关职业岗位需求的创新教学模式,促使教学实践与职业岗位需求的全真职场演练相结合;思想道德与基本职业素养相结合;专业技能和综合实践创新能力相结合,提高专业教学质量,使学生更好地胜任相关岗位工作。 With the development and integration of modern information technology,the traditional teaching mode of higher vocation⁃al education is difficult to improve the quality of talent training in emerging professions.By analyzing the current status of digital media technology specialty,the research explores the innovative teaching mode that meets the needs of digital creative industry re⁃lated vocational positions from the following aspects:modularization of core content teaching,platformization of practical teaching process,construction of on-campus and internship training base for vocational positions,faculty and system guarantee to promote the combination of teaching practice and full-scale workplace exercises for professional job needs,ideology and basic professional quality,professional skills and comprehensive practical innovation capabilities can improves the quality of professional teaching and makes students better qualified for relevant positions.
