摘要
为了改善商业纳米氧化锌的光学性能,寻求最佳载银氧化锌的配比,对不同比例的复合材料进行研究。采用化学还原法制备纳米银,由恒温磁力搅拌将其和纳米氧化锌制成摩尔比分别为0.05%、0.1%、0.5%、1%、5%的载银氧化锌纳米复合材料。通过X射线衍射仪、透射电子显微镜、紫外-可见分光光度计和荧光分光光度计等手段对样品进行表征。结果表明:当纳米银含量为0.5%时,复合材料光学吸收性能最佳,约为纯氧化锌的1.8倍;当纳米银含量为0.1%时,复合材料光致发光性能最佳,约为纯氧化锌的1.3倍。该制备方法成功地将纳米银负载于纳米氧化锌上,在不改变纳米氧化锌晶体结构的基础上,增加了纳米银的特征,有效地提高了纳米氧化锌的光学吸收性和光致发光性能。
In order to improve the optical properties of commercial zinc oxide nanoparticles(nano-ZnO)and found the best proportion of Ag/ZnO nanocomposites.Ag-doping onto ZnO,various mole%(0.05,0.1,0.5,1and 5)of silver were investigated.Silver nanoparticles(nano-Ag)were prepared by chemical reduction method,and Ag/ZnO nanocomposites with differernt silver contents were successfully prepared by magnetic stirring at constant temperature.The samples structure,morphology and optical properties were well-characterized by X-ray(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),UV-Vis spectrophotometer(UV-Vis)and photoluminescence(PL).The results showed that when the content of nano-Ag was 0.5%,the optical absorption property of the composite was the best,about 1.8 times that of pure nano-ZnO.When the content of nano-Ag was 0.1%,the photoluminescence property of the composite was the best,about 1.3times that of pure nano-ZnO.The preparation method successfully loaded nano-Ag on nano-ZnO without destroying the crystal structure of nano-ZnO,and increased the characteristics of nano-Ag.The addition of nano-Ag can effectively improve the optical absorption and photoluminescence of nano-ZnO.
