摘要
为了研究一种具有降温性能的沥青路面材料,选用石墨和聚乙二醇以不同质量比制备复合相变材料,再将制备出的复合相变材料加入到苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯(SBS)改性沥青中研究石墨/聚乙二醇-SBS(G/PEG-SBS)改性沥青胶浆的降温效果、高低温性能和改性机理。结果表明:G/PEG与SBS改性沥青时通过物理共融粘结与包裹交接在一起的;随着G/PEG掺量的增加,所形成的改性沥青胶浆降温效果越好,但所形成的沥青胶浆三大指标性能和抗高低温性能下降明显;在保证所制备出的沥青胶浆的抗高低温性能与SBS改性沥青的性能变化不大的前提下,G/PEG采用1∶5的比例最好,不仅沥青胶浆抗高低温性能良好,同时降温效果也不错,降温热损失仅有10%。因此,以1∶5的比例将G/PEG掺加在SBS改性沥青中可以在保障沥青胶浆的抗高低温性能同时具有良好的降温效果。
In order to study a kind of asphalt pavement material with cooling performance,graphite and polyethylene glycol(G/PEG)were selected to prepare the composite phase change material(PCM)at different mass mixing ratios,and then the material was added to SBS modified asphalt to study the cooling effect,high and low temperature performance and modification mechanism of G/PEG modified asphalt mortar.The results shown that the modified asphalt mortar formed by G/PEG and SBS modified asphalt was bonded to the package by physical comelting.With the increase of G/PEG content,the cooling effect of the modified asphalt mortar was better,but the three major indexes and high and low temperature resistance of the formed asphalt mortar decreased obviously.The high and low temperature resistance of the prepared asphalt mortar was not changed with the performance of SBS modified asphalt.On the premise of large scale,the ratio of G/PEG to 1∶5was the best.Not only the asphalt mortar had good resistance to high and low temperatures,but also the cooling effect was good.The cooling heat loss was only 10%.Therefore,mixing G/PEG with SBS modified asphalt in a ratio of 1∶5can guarantee the high and low temperature resistance of asphalt mortar and had good cooling effect.
