摘要
以三聚氰胺和多聚甲醛为原料,研究了溶剂组成、原料配比、反应时间和固含量等工艺条件对纺丝原液成纤性、纤维性能的影响。结果表明:在n(F)/n(M)=2.5、固含量60%、W (DMF)∶W (H2O)=1∶1、反应温度90℃、反应时间150min的工艺条件下制备的纺丝液,不添加助成纤剂即可直接湿法纺丝或干法纺丝,湿法纺丝工艺制备的纤维的断裂强度为1.36cN/dtex、断裂伸长率为8.65%,干法纺丝工艺制备的纤维的断裂强度为1.39cN/dtex、断裂伸长率为9.13%。
Using melamine and paraformaldehyde as raw materials,the effects of technological conditions such as the solvent composition,the molar ratio of raw material,reaction time,solid content on the spinability of spinning dope and properties of fibers were studied.Results showed that under the conditions of n(F)/n(M)=2.5,60%of solid content,W(DMF)∶W(H2O)=1∶1,reaction temperature 90℃and reaction time 150min,the spinning dope can be directly wet spun or dry spun without additive,the tensile strength and elongation at break of fiber of wet spun were 1.36cN/dtex and 8.65%,the tensile strength and elongation at break of fiber of dry spun were 1.39cN/dtex and 9.13%,respectively.
