摘要 以污泥作为基质,经高温碳化后利用乙酸/过氧化氢(HAc/H2O2)氧化法制备碳量子点。通过荧光光谱仪和紫外-可见分光光度计对制备的碳量子点进行表征。结果表明:碳量子点在激发波长为320nm时荧光强度最高,达到9999,可与以传统石墨粉、碳棒为基质制备的碳量子点相媲美,并且在波长320nm和400nm处有明显的紫外吸收峰。傅里叶变换红外光谱分析表明,碳量子点表面含有丰富的含氧官能团,有利于其进一步功能化。以污泥为基质、采用HAc/H2O2氧化法制备的碳量子点具有较高的应用潜力,能够为污泥的资源化利用开辟新途径。 Sludges were used as substrate to prepared carbon quantum dots(CQDs).After high temperature carbonization of sludges,CQDs were prepared by HAc/H2O2 oxidation method.CQDs were characterized by photoluminescence spectra(PL)and UV-visible spectroscopy(UV-Vis).The results shown that the fluorescence intensity of CQDs was the highest with the excitation wavelength 320nm,reached 9999.It had UV-Vis spectrums at 320nm and 400nm,respectively.The fluorescence property of CQDs can rival that of traditional CQDs which prepared with graphite powder and carbon rods.The fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)results shown that there were some oxygen-containing functional groups on CQDs surface.That was conducive to the further functionalization of CQDs.This indicated that CQDs prepared with sludge had high application potential.It provided a new developing orientation on the resource utilization of sludge.
