The Evolution of Global Innovation Index and Its Enlightenment to China in the New era

创新日益成为各国经济增长,提高生产力与竞争力,提高人民生活水平的重要因素。通过2007—2019年的全球创新指数报告,根据指标体系的演化找出世界关注的热点问题。根据我国在全球创新指数中的排名,对我国创新能力进行综合分析,找出中国建设创新型国家的优势与劣势并给出建议。

Innovation has increasingly become an important factor in economic growth,productivity and competitiveness,and in improving people’s living standards.Through the report of global innovation index from 2007 to 2019,according to the evolution of the index system,we can find out the world’s hot issues.According to China’s ranking in the global innovation index,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of China’s innovation capacity,and finds out the advantages and disadvantages of building an innovation-oriented country in China and gives Suggestions.
