抖音、快手等短视频APP的火爆带来了诸多著作权侵权问题,这些问题中的关键是短视频能否构成作品及其作品类型。以短视频著作权侵权问题为切入点,探讨短视频著作权的侵权认定与保护。
The explosion of short videos app,such as douyin and kuaishou,has brought many copyright and infringement issues.The key issues in these issues ie whether short videos can constitute works and their types.Taking the short video copyright infringement question as the breakthrough point,discusses the short video copyright infringement confirmation and protection.
