浅析境外项目属地化用工法律风险及应对措施

A Brief Analysis of the Legal Risks and Countermeasures of Localized Employment for Overseas Projects

近年来,随着中国石油企业"走出去"战略的全面实施,越来越多的海外项目大力开展项目人力资源属地化工作,大量使用项目所在国的员工。对境外项目属地化用工风险进行分析,提出应对的措施,以期在今后的工作中有效规避风险。

In recent years,with the full implementation of the"going global"strategy of oil&gas enterprise of China,more and more overseas projects have been vigorously localized in their human resources,with a large number of Local employees.Due to various factors such as politics,economy,law,culture and belief,labor and employment disputes occur frequently with enterprises"going out",and it exists many legal risks.This paper mainly analyzes the risk of localized labor of overseas projects and proposes countermeasures in order to effectively avoid risks in the future.
