基于口腔专科医疗的社区联动模式在居民口腔保健认知和自我管理中的应用效果研究

Effects of dental specialist medicine and community linkage model on oral healthcare cognition and self-management of residents

目的探讨口腔专科医疗与社区联动模式对居民口腔保健认知和自我管理水平的实施效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2015年1月-2018年12月长沙市口腔医院辖区范围内5个社区的100名长住社区居民为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组给予口腔专科医疗健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上给予社区联动干预。比较两组患者的口腔保健认知水平和自我管理水平,以及满意度。结果干预后,观察组居民的口腔保健认知得分为(86.42±24.23)分,高于对照组的(75.79±22.51)分,两组得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组居民自我管理量表得分为(156.45±23.76)分,高于对照组的(124.59±20.42)分,两组得分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组居民对干预模式的满意度为98.00%(49/50),高于对照组的84.00%(42/50),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论口腔专科医疗与社区联动模式对提高居民口腔保健认知和自我管理水平均具有积极的促进效果。

Objective To explore the effect of dental specialist medicine and community linkage model on oral healthcare cognition and self-management level of residents.Methods By the convenient sampling method,a total of 100 long-lived community residents in 5 communities within the jurisdiction of Changsha Stomatological Hospital from January 2015 to December 2018 as the research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the control group and the observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given health education of dental specialist medicine while the observation group was given community linkage intervention based on the control group.The levels of oral healthcare cognition and self-management and satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,the oral healthcare cognition score of residents in the observation group was(86.42±24.23),higher than that(75.79±22.51)of the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the score of Self-Management Scale in the observation group was(156.45±23.76),which was higher than(124.59±20.42)in the control group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of residents with the intervention mode in the observation group was 98.00%(49/50),higher than that in the control group 84.00%(42/50),and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Dental specialist medicine and community linkage model both has positive effects on improving oral healthcare cognition and self-management level of residents.
