心力衰竭患者延续性照护质量评价指标的研究进展

Research progress of continuous care quality evaluation indexes among heart failure patients

心力衰竭严重威胁着人类的健康,也给其家庭带来巨大的经济负担,延续性照护在心力衰竭康复中起重要作用,很多医院均在积极探索与推行针对心力衰竭患者的延续性照护,规范心力衰竭照护质量指标也成为迫切需要。本文从结构、过程、结果3个方面对心力衰竭患者延续性照护质量评价指标的相关研究进行综述,提出了研究的不足和未来的研究方向,以期为今后构建具有针对性的、规范的心力衰竭患者延续性照护效果评价指标提供参考。

Heart failure is a serious threat to human health and a huge financial burden on their families.Continuous care plays an important role in the rehabilitation of heart failure.Many hospitals are actively exploring and implementing the continuous care for heart failure patients,and standardizing the quality indexes of heart failure care has become an urgent need.This article reviews the related researches on the evaluation indexes of continuous care quality for patients with heart failure from three aspects,structure,process and results and presents the research deficiencies and future research directions so as to provide a reference for the construction of targeted and standardized evaluation indexes of continuous care for patients with heart failure in the future.
