摘要 汽车的换挡平顺性是汽车主要指标之一,基于故障树分析法(FTA)理论,针对汽车换挡过程中冲击大,卡滞等问题,建立系统的故障树模型,对各种影响因素进行详细的分析.通过对变速器配重块、同步器系统、换挡型线等进行优化,且通过对优化前后的汽车进行综合评价及测试验证,明确了整改措施的有效性,解决了进挡卡滞和不平顺问题,为以后工程应用中解决同类问题提供参考. The shift smoothness of automobile is one of the main indexes of automobile.Based on the theory of Fault Tree Analysis(FTA),a fault tree model of the system is established to solve the problems of big impact and stagnation in the process of shifting.Through the detailed analysis of various influencing factors,through the optimization of transmission counterweight,synchronizer system,shifting profile,etc.,and through the comprehensive evaluation and test verification of the vehicles before and after the optimization,the effectiveness of the rectification measures is clarified,and the problems of blocking and irregularity in the transmission are solved,all of above will provide reference for solving similar problems in the future engineering application.
